Why, when someone has and fights cancer, they're a brave warrior and/or survivor? Then those same people applauding someone for getting cancer can turn around and lash out and call people irresponsible or self-indulgent or blamethrowers when te diagnosis is a mental illness. IT's ridiculous. We have created a class of disease that is rdiculed, humiliating, and not to be discussed while other illnesses raise the victim to saint status.<BR/>It's similar to HIV or any STI, for that matter: it's your fault you got it and you deserve ridicule and hate.
