That was in good humor, that button, yeah, not so much. Plus, the unfunny bigot who came up with that button seems to forgetting that Obama is just as much white as he is black.<BR/><BR/>*sigh* I'm not Republican, but as a Libertarian, I share some of their policy beliefs. (This ones about responsible spending and a small, but effective government.) It just makes me sad that there are enough people who think that way, that they can be so blatantly hateful without even flinching. Didn't they think that there would be some members of the party who'd find it offensive.<BR/><BR/>I understand that humor is subjective and a word like BITCH can be used both as a derogatorily or endearingly, but that button, at least in my eyes, only seems to have one meaning: whites only. You can maybe grasp at straws and say they were trying to be offensive and sound ignorant, but why?
